Mr. Frandsen has an accomplished career as a sales and marketing executive within the U.S. and European software industry. Scott began his career at IBM where he worked in both the U.S. and Europe, with substantial experience in European sales and sales channels. In addition, Mr. Frandsen has guided the expansion of a number of smaller software companies into Europe. He has lived and worked in Italy, the Netherlands, and the U.K., and traveled extensively in western and eastern Europe. Mr. Frandsen has a masters degree in engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg school.

Mr. Scholten has a distinguished career as a software entrepreneur and marketing visionary. In 1985 he founded Matrix, a Dutch software company focused on the growing market for customer relationship management (CRM). Matrix quickly became the dominant CRM vendor in The Netherlands and one of the largest in Europe with over 150 employees and offices throughout Europe. In 1997 Matrix was acquired by the Baan Company. Mr. Scholten is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is the author of numerous articles on high technology sales and marketing. Mr. Scholten has an advanced degree in Marketing and several honorary certificates.
